Some premises were constructed in such a way that it was impossible to hide
the gratings but we found the way out and made them an integral part
of the interior design (cigar room and library).
We invited Russian engineers to work on some premises (cloakroom next to the entrance,
disco). They made bearing structures required for implementation of our project design and
components which were an integral part of the project.
In other cases (guest bathroom, pool area and partly disco) we manufactured steel
constructions in Italy in order to provide the best quality of ready construction elements,
including wall with onyx and back light in the guest bathroom or marble coat
for windows in the pool area. The lighting was performed with optical fiber.
Italian specialists participated in the laying of marble, parquet and leather (cloakroom) floors,
and local manufacturers provided gypsum for the ceiling and wall decoration.
We controlled local manufacturers in order to provide complex and qualitative
performance of works within the project.
Italian workers installed built-in furniture, wooden panels and other accessories.
Period of fulfillment of the works was about two years and a half.
