2,443 tons converted every year;
III. fired by-product from grinding,
approximately 2,927 tons reintroduced
annually;
IV. raw by-product, approximately
6,990 tons used each year.

Oggi, ogni metro quadrato di gres porcellanato GCR contiene
in media il 23% di materiale recuperato, suddiviso in quattro
tipologie (dati 2023):
I. materiale da rettifica a secco, circa 543 tonnellate recuperate
annualmente;
II. materiale da rettifica a umido, circa 2.443 tonnellate
riconvertite ogni anno;
III. sottoprodotto cotto da macinazione, circa 2.927 tonnellate
reintrodotte annualmente;
IV. sottoprodotto crudo, circa 6.990 tonnellate utilizzate ogni
anno.
Grazie a questo, GCR riduce drasticamente l’immissione
di rifiuti di questo tipo nell’ambiente. Il costante impegno
verso la sostenibilità ha permesso all’azienda di recuperare
e reimmettere nel ciclo produttivo oltre 10.000 tonnellate di
residui di lavorazione di vario tipo ogni anno.

Grâce à cela, GCR réduit considérablement l’émission de
ce type de déchets dans l’environnement. L’engagement

Durchschnitt 23 % wiederverwertetes Material, das in vier
Typen unterteilt ist (Daten 2023):
I. Trockenschleifmaterial, ca. 543 Tonnen jährlich
wiederverwertet;
II. Nassschleifmaterial, ca. 2.443 Tonnen jährlich umgewandelt;
III. Gebranntes Nebenprodukt aus dem Schleifen, ca. 2.927
Tonnen jährlich wiederverwendet;
IV. Roh-Nebenprodukt, ca. 6.990 Tonnen jährlich verwendet.
Dank dieser Maßnahmen reduziert GCR die Einleitung von
solchen Abfällen in die Umwelt erheblich. Das kontinuierliche
Engagement für Nachhaltigkeit hat es dem Unternehmen
