DUO Chest of Drawers
Six spacious drawers are topped with
a small open compartment, softly
illuminated by a touch-control LED
light. A removable tray with four smaller
compartments, covered in Pelle Frau®,
can be inserted into this space for added
organization. The base and frame are
made of (solid) ash wood, and the chest
of drawers is available with an exterior
wrap-around finish in ebony or walnut,
inlaid walnut, maple or inlaid maple. The
latter finish enriches the overall aesthetic
thanks to a sophisticated play of textures,
alternating the natural wood grain with
a gradated tile motif. The final exquisite
detail is the seamlessly set-in top in
Calacatta marble or lacquered glass
(or in ash to match the structure).
The DUO Chest of Drawers is
inspired by the classic settimino
or ‘seven-drawer chest’ intended
for weekly clothes storage.
This reinterpretation transforms
the original concept into an
elegant, upright night chest.
