Si consiglia di eseguire l’operazione sempre in condizioni \nottimali di illuminazione. \nLa scelta dell’adesivo dipende dalla tipologia \ndelle piastrelle (gruppo di appartenenza e formato), dalla superficie da \nrivestire e dalla sua destinazione d’uso. Clean the surface thoroughly with a sponge damped in clean water \nthen wipe down the surface, including the joints with a damp cloth. \nUse a sponge and plenty of water to clean off epoxy grouts. \nThe reaction times and hardness of these products makes it impossible \nto remove residues once set. Always refer to the grout manufacturer’s \nspecifications to ensure that the product is suitable for the type of tile.\n8. CLEANING\nThe entire tiled surface must be cleaned, including the tiles, joints, \nmovement joints and profiles. Cleaning must continue until all traces \nof installation materials have been eliminated. \nINITIAL CLEANING\nInitial cleaning is of fundamental importance for all subsequent steps \nand for correct maintenance over time. Rinse the surface thoroughly afterwards.\nUse of a floor cleaner is particularly recommended for textured tiles \nand large surfaces. Manual methods can then be used to clean points \ninaccessible to the machine such as corners, along walls and wherever \nthe machine cannot operate.\nORDINARY CLEANING\nThe purpose of ordinary cleaning is to remove dirt and marks and to \nrestore the surface’s original appearance.\nalmeno 3 mm. \n6. Terminata la posa, in base al collante impiegato, la superficie non dovrà \nessere calpestataprima di 12-24 ore. \nGiunti tecnici\nInserire giunti di dilatazione strutturali e di frazionamento è \nfondamentale per il mantenimento di una buona superficie piastrellata: \nsi consiglia quindi di utilizzare la collaborazione e\u002Fo consulenza di un \nposatore professionista. \nPer i giunti di dilatazione strutturale, rispettare quelli già presenti nel \nsottofondo e realizzarli utilizzando sigillante idoneo o profili ad hoc. \nIl giunto di frazionamento deve essere posato all’interno di un’area di \n9-12mq, in base al sottofondo, per la posa di pavimenti in esterno, in aree \ninterne soggette ad alto calpestio o su sottofondi soggetti a flessioni; \nper la posa in ambienti interni con sottofondo stabile, le specchiature \npossono essere di circa 20-25 mq. \nIn ogni condizione, completare la posa del suolo lasciando un giunto \nperimetrale di 3-5 mm dalle pareti, colonne o spigolature e tra piastrelle e \naltri materiali. Si declina ogni responsabilità per la posa senza fuga tra le \npiastrelle: si considera posa a giunto minimo quella con fuga di 2 mm.\n7. STUCCATURA\nPrima di realizzare le fughe, attendere fino alla completa asciugatura del \ncollante. \nIstruzioni\n1. Assicurarsi che i giunti di posa siano vuoti e liberi da ogni traccia di \ncollante e\u002Fo polveri. \nEventuali residui che non garantiscono il riempimento di almeno i 2\u002F3 \ndello spessore della piastrella dovranno essere rimossi meccanicamente. \n2. Stuccare piccole superfici per volta (4-5 mq) \nin particolare se si tratta di prodotti strutturati, antiscivolo e levigati, \nutilizzando apposite spatole in gomma. Per fughe in netto contrasto \ncromatico con le piastrelle posate, si consiglia di testare sempre il fugante \nsu un’area limitata e nascosta.\n3. Eliminare l’eccesso di fugante dalla superficie con movimenti diagonali, \nquando il prodotto è ancora umido, e togliere tutti i residui.\n4. Pulire accuratamente con una spugna bagnata in acqua pulita e \nripassare con uno straccio umido su tutta la superficie, comprese le \nfughe. Per gli stucchi epossidici si raccomanda la pulizia con spugna e \nabbondante acqua. \nLa velocità di reazione e indurimento di questi prodotti rende impossibile \nla rimozione dei residui dopo l’indurimento. In ogni caso, consultare \nsempre le specifiche dei produttori di materiale fugante per verificare la \ncorrettezza della scelta in base al tipo di piastrella.\n8. PULIZIA\nLa pulizia deve riguardare l’intera superficie della piastrellatura: piastrelle, \nfughe, giunti di deformazione e profili. L’operazione è corretta quando si \nraggiunge la completa eliminazione di tutti i residui dei materiali di posa. \nPULIZIA INIZIALE\nIl lavaggio dopo la posa è una fase di fondamentale importanza per tutti \ngli interventi successivi e per la corretta manutenzione nel tempo. \nUn accurato lavaggio iniziale permette ai pavimenti di restare belli \ne protetti a lungo e si esegue normalmente una sola volta prima \ndell’utilizzo del pavimento. \nSi raccomanda di effettuare la pulizia iniziale dopo 4-5 giorni dal \ncompletamento della stuccatura della superficie, quando la sigillatura \ndelle fughe risulta completamente asciutta, e non più tardi di 10. \nUsare un detergente adeguato, a base acida o alcalina in funzione delle \ncaratteristiche del sigillante.
