and Lithotech thus guarantees that its surfaces are free of factory defects and that
they will continue to fulfil their function for 25 years from the date of their purchase,
providing that they have been designed, fabricated, fitted and cared for in accordance
with the recommendations published on www.lithotechslabs.com.
If a factory defect is observed during the warranty period, Lithotech undertakes, at its
own discretion, to either repair or replace the faulty material so that it continues to
fulfil its function fully effectively. This warranty is solely for end consumers of Lithotech
surfaces, although it is transferable, and it only covers Lithotech surfaces bought from
authorized Lithotech fitters or distributors.
This warranty shall only become fully valid once it has been registered on the website
www.lithotechslabs.com by filling in the “Warranty Form” found there within 6 months
of the purchase date shown on the invoice. To exercise the warranty, you must
contact the seller of the material or Lithotech (info@lithotechslabs.com) and present
the original invoice or sales receipt. In the event of non-conformity with the quality
standards of the material, the beneficiary of this warranty must allow staff authorized
by Lithotech to have access to the material in order to inspect it and to assess the
state of the material and how it was fitted.
Las superficies Lithotech ofrecen alta calidad, resistencia y durabilidad. Por eso,
Lithotech garantiza que las superficies Lithotech no presentarán defectos de fábrica y
seguirán cumpliendo su función durante los 25 años posteriores a su compra, siempre
que se hayan diseñado, elaborado, instalado y mantenido del modo recomendado en
www.lithotechslabs.com.
En el caso en que se observe un defecto de fábrica durante el periodo de garantía,
Lithotech procederá según su propio criterio a reparar o a reemplazar el material
defectuoso para que pueda seguir cumpliendo su función con las máximas
prestaciones. Esta garantía se limita al consumidor final de superficies Lithotech,
aunque es transferible, y sólo cubre las superficies Lithotech que se le hayan comprado
a un instalador o distribuidor autorizado de Lithotech .
Esta garantía tendrá plena validez sólo cuando se haya hecho el registro en la web
www.lithotechslabs.com, rellenando el “Formulario de Garantía” que figura en ella,
dentro de los 6 meses siguientes a la fecha de compra que aparezca en la factura.
Para hacerla efectiva se tendrá que poner en contacto con su vendedor o con Lithotech
(info@lithotechslabs.com) y presentar la factura original o el recibo de la venta. En
caso de no conformidad con la calidad del producto, el beneficiario de esta garantía
deberá permitir el acceso al personal autorizado por Lithotech para inspeccionar el
producto y evaluar correctamente (fotografiar los posibles defectos) el estado del
material y de su instalación.
