Salvo specifico accordo diverso ed indicazione di determinate normative da individuarsi a rischio e pericolo del Cliente, il Cliente \nsopporterà ogni rischio di difformità dei prodotti ad altre normative. A pena di decadenza, il Cliente dovrà denunciare i \ndifetti rinvenuti mediante comunicazione scritta a Linea Light S.r.l. entro 8 giorni dalla consegna ovvero dalla scoperta in caso di vizio occulto. In ogni caso, il Cliente decade \ndal diritto alla garanzia qualora non abbia adempiuto ai propri obblighi di pagamento nei termini convenuti. La denuncia dei difetti rilevati dovrà indicare con precisione la \nnatura dei difetti riscontrati, il numero del lotto di Linea Light S.r.l. a cui appartengono i prodotti che si affermano viziati e eventuali prodotti consegnati a terzi o immessi sul \nmercato. La garanzia non opererà in caso di normale degrado d’uso dei prodotti e\u002Fo difetti o malfunzionamenti dovuti ad imperizia od uso difforme dalle istruzioni di Linea \nLight S.r.l.. Il Cliente decade, altresì, dal diritto alla garanzia nell’ipotesi in cui abbia apportato modifiche ovvero abbia eseguito interventi di qualsiasi natura sui prodotti senza \nla preventiva autorizzazione scritta di Linea Light S.r.l.. La durata della garanzia è regolamentata secondo i termini di legge dalla consegna dei prodotti. Previa registrazione \ndel Cliente sul sito www.linealight.com ed accettazione delle condizioni previste la durata della garanzia sarà di 5 anni decorrenti dalla data della fattura di vendita. Unless otherwise specifically agreed and in the event of specific regulations to be identified at the Customer’s own risk and peril, the \nCustomer shall bear any risk of the products’ non-compliance with other regulations. Linea Light S.r.l. guarantees the products against faults and defects. Customers that \ndo not report the defects found by sending written notice to Linea Light S.r.l. within eight days of delivery or of when they discover a hidden defect shall lose the right to \nthe warranty. In any case, Customers that have not satisfied their payment obligations under the agreed terms shall lose the right to the warranty. The notice reporting \nthe defects found shall include specific indication of the nature of such defects, the Linea Light S.r.l. lot number of the products claimed to be defective and any products \ndelivered to third parties or put on the market. The warranty shall not apply to normal wear and tear of products and\u002For defects or malfunctioning due to incompetence or \nuse inconsistent with Linea Light S.r.l.’s instructions. Moreover, Customers shall lose the right to the warranty if they have made changes to the products or have performed \nwork of any kind on them without Linea Light S.r.l.’s prior written authorisation. The term of the warranty is governed by law from delivery of the products. When Customers \nregister at www.linealight.com and accept the established terms and conditions, the term of the warranty shall be five years from the date of the sale invoice.
