We start by taking our pure brass bars and slicing them into sections. Then we crank up the heat
to a blistering 800ºC—just enough to toast a marshmallow in a nanosecond. The red-hot bars are
then bent and stamped with a pressure of 975 tonnes per square centimetre. Yes, you heard that
right. This automated process churns out 150 pieces per hour, like clockwork. After that, we shave
off the rough bits, prepping the material for its next glamorous phase.
