This intriguing contrast is created \nby combining a matt, monolithic body with lens units featuring a high \nluminous flux and with an invisible source.\nThe design of this collection comes from grouping together three \nlight modules inside compact, linear extrusions that give the lamp \na triangular shape which is reflected all throughout its design. The \nmain section, the pole and the stands share this shape, creating a \ncohesive and aesthetically balanced structure. \nEmi is mainly made from metal: the base of the lamp is pressed \nsteel, while the pole and main body are aluminium. The upper and \nlower sections are made with polymers. Considerable effort has \nbeen made to minimise the surfaces and thicknesses all throughout \nthe collection in order to optimise the use of materials. \nThe Emi collection is available in three versions: ceiling, floor and \ntable. This variety helps adapt the light of Emi to spaces both at \nhome and in hospitality. \nThe repeated use of a similar style in all the models lets you position \nmultiple luminaires with the same style, which can be arranged in \na space through repetition, alignment and symmetry. This makes \nEmi a new type of architectural light that can be used as a series, \nproviding a uniform design that fits in perfectly with the surrounding \narchitecture. \nLens system and models \nThe ceiling version of Emi is available in two sizes, one thinner and \none wider, and in different lengths. It has a linear structure formed \nof a vertical tube that generates a direct beam of light. What makes \nit special is its modular options: it can be used individually or by \ncombining different elements, therefore creating ever different and \nspectacular combinations of light, while maintaining its elegant \nsimplicity. \nThe floor version of EMI seems to float on air, made lighter by a rod \nthat connects it to the base, while maintaining the triangular identity \nthat characterises the ceiling version. This model has two-way \nlighting: in the upper part, the light is powerful enough to light up a \nwhole space without any glare, thanks to the special shape of the \nbeam of light. In the lower part, the light is soft and diffused, which is \nperfect for combining with other sources of light such as a television.\nThe table version of Emi works in a similar way to the floor version, \nbut it is a smaller size, adapting perfectly and discreetly to any \nhorizontal surface.\nControl Systems\nThe Ceiling models are available with the following setting options \nNon Dimming, DALI, 1-10V and Mains Dimming.
