The part of leather used \nis the shoulder. During the tanning-phase, in which only natural \nsubstances are used, the pentachlorinephenol is absent according \nto EU Legislation. Tannin extracts are a fundamental ingredient \nfor the slow tanning process and the quality of its result. The \nfinishing of the leather is carried out with pigments and resins \nmade of caseins, having therefore a very low toxic content.
