features eight sections organised by the raw materials used for
distilling spirits, and complemented by an approachable wine
list and twelve beers on tap, primarily from Chicago breweries.

rum, Liquore Strega, Falernum, Branca Menta, Pineapple,
Turmeric, Lime, or the Mahajara cocktail which highlights a de-
lightful combination of Sipsmith Gin, Amaro Montenegro, Royal
Combier, Combier Rose Liqueur, Orgeat, Falernum, Cardamom,
Chocolate, Lemon, and Teapot Bitters. As a whole, GreenRiv-

From its inception in September 2015, GreenRiver has already
received one Michelin star, three stars from the Chicago Tribune,
four stars from Crain’s Chicago Business. It was also named by
Playboy magazine as one of the “Best New Bars of 2016.”
