The Mark Restaurant features an innovative menu specially craft-
ed by NYC’s pre-eminent chef, the award-winning Jean-Georges
Vongerichten and a masterful design by Jacques Grange.
The designer conceived the restaurant with a sense of comfort
capped with high visual style, all while balancing elements of
grandeur, colour, artistry, and intimacy with a grain of humour.
Furniture is designed by Mattia Bonetti and the bronze and glass
ceiling by Eric Schmitt.
The ambient, private Madison Room at the Jacques Grange-de-
signed Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges is ideal for both inti-
mate celebrations and high-level business gatherings. The room
can accommodate up to 24 guests for a sit-down dinner or 30
guests for a cocktail reception. The restaurant is available for a

partial and full buy-out, large-scale receptions and seated events
of up to 180 guests. While The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges
doesn’t adhere to a strict dress code, it does expect you to come
wearing business chic.
That means no wearing ripped jeans, flip-flops or muscle shirts.
Proper attire at the New York City restaurant would be suits,
slacks, button-up shirts and sports jackets for men; and nice pants,
dresses, skirts and blouses for ladies. It is a fine-dining establish-
ment after all, and besides, what better reason to get dressed up
than for a superb meal in a beautiful setting in a city that thrives
on fashion. We had the opportunity to experience this restaurant
and we loved it ! See below our exclusive interview with The Mark
Restaurant Director of Food and Beverage, Mr Kyle Kennedy.
