RESTAURANTS WE COVET //
We felt that this Italian idiosyncrasy was impregnated a bit all
over the restaurant and the sommelier was no exception: he
served each wine gently, always explaining the concept behind
each one with its charming Italian accent.
We felt that we couldn’t be better welcomed as we were and
we definitely intend to come back due not only to the quality of
dishes but also to the receptivity of the team.
You will find out Brace in a small street, in Teglgårdstræde 8a,
where you can also discover some trendy spots of the city. Re-
garding decoration, Brace has an industrial interior, with dimmed
lighting and smooth, relaxing music in the background. It is re-
ally tranquillizing to relax and to profit from each plate with no
rush, simply enjoying the moment and, of course, the surround-
ing ambience involved us in this spirit.
There are plenty of reasons to come up and spend a pleasant eve-
ning with a Nordic feeling and an Italian touch at Brace.
