Located in the heart of the Middle East, the prestigious and
impressive Dubaian show Downtown Design is organised under
the sponsorship of Vice Chairman of the Dubai Culture & Arts
Author and Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin
Rashid Al Maktoum.
The fair is owned and managed by the Art Dubai LLC, a joint
venture company between the DIFC and Middle East Fairs Ltd.
This year’s edition is scheduled to take place from the 14th to
17th November which will be a chief element of the Dubai Design
Week. Downtown Design is the sole platform in the entire Middle
East that is dedicated for the region’s trade professionals to find the
best high-quality and most innovating designs from all over the
world - “The rapidly evolving landscape of the Middle East brings
a world of opportunity for international design brands to meet
the leading buyers of the region.” For its 5th edition, the fair will
be occurring at the Dubai Design District where it will highlight a
carefully curated selection of the most ingenious emerging brands
that are specialised in a wide variety of product categories, from
furniture to lighting, to textiles and accessories.
In other words, Downtown Design is the perfect stage to interact,
to connect and to do business.
Through a dynamic and efficient environment, buyers and brands
are able to seek extraordinary opportunities, after all, design adds
value to life. At the esteemed fair, design enthusiast can expect a
cluster of renowned brands and references to headline the event,
including the likes of Fendi Casa, B&B Italia, Vondom, Bacarrat,

Returning to the event is the Buyers Programme which will provide a
