This issue is a landmark for CovetED.
It’s been two years since we first launched the magazine!
CovetED was created by a group of designers with the aim of celebrating design with the world’s top
professionals in the field, and share with the world their inspirations. Over time, CovetED found its
place in the design world and is now one of the most important magazines in this sector, with a very
specific style and a collectable character.
Milan Design Week works as the background for CovetED #6, since it was the chosen place to launch
this issue, followed up by an important preview at BaselWorld, the Watch & Jewellery show. Inside,
you will be able to see what top brands from both shows are presenting as new for 2017, from watches
& jewellery to furniture & lighting. And since you will probably be visiting Milan during the most
important Design event of the year, you will also find a guide to the Design Week’s most CovetED
showrooms, hotels and restaurants. If not, maybe we can inspire you to visit the city sometime soon.
Moreover, you will find as usual interviews to a selection of top designers about their work, inspirations
and projects by the best of the best Interior design firms.
After two years of consolidated work, we will also start a collection of Interior Design Books edited by
CovetED, which you will find in a bookshop near you on the second semester of 2017. This collection
is composed of a series of different books for each room division. Every book has a deeper exploitation
of ideas and a wide range of styles. The first book contains hundreds of ideas for Entryways & Hallways
selected by a team of interior designers who searched for projects all over the world. It is a blend of
projects from renowned interior designers and a combination of designs from the most luxurious and
exquisite brands.
