gorgeous owner Tatyana. Situated on the river bank, ConFusion
Lounge is what you would call a confusion at first sight (hence the
name!), but this restaurant, with two floors, is a refined space with
an eclectic décor and ultra-refined cuisine and staff. It manages to
surprise and surpasses any expectations you might have in terms
of culinary delight through its ground-breaking dishes and finest
selections of champagnes.
The kitchen offers a wonderful opportunity for you to participate
in the culinary show, orchestrated by Italo Bassi. Currently hold-
ing three Michelin Star, he is best known for his work at Enoteca
Pinchiorri in Firenze, where he has worked for 28 years. He left
the restaurant to lead this new project that also involves Japanese
Chef Masaki Inoguchi, in which the main restaurant’s values are
the ingredients of both the Italian and Japanese cultures. If you
prefer a more relaxed and intimate environment, the upper floor
is cosy while maintaining the restaurant’s eccentric philosophy.
