energetic, and truly professional. We were so stunned by their silent
and collective way of interacting and assisting each customer, chef
Perbellini smilingly replied: “you watch a lot of TV Shows.”
Once you seat, you better prepare yourself for an elegant and gen-
uine cooking spectacle, worthy of a Michelin star. The restaurant
setting is a fusion of the dining room with the kitchen, allowing
costumers to appreciate the overall experience of dining and un-

The atmosphere has a nice balance between old and new, as well
