Curated by Andrew Bolton, the Head Curator at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute, this year’s Met Gala exhibition
explores the impact of Camp on fashion, taking inspiration from Susan Sontag’s 1964 essay “Notes on ‘Camp.’”. The exhibition opened to
the public on May 9, 2019 and runs until September 8, 2019.
