welcoming and harmonious environment that follows a more
classical and aristocratic approach.
Imagine sitting on a terrace overlooking the sea and a carpaccio
of veal with arugula, parmesan and pesto, combined with Italian
cheese and charcuterie, figs and green olives. If you prefer sautéed
mussels with dried tomato sauce and roasted peppers, the Belvedere
will not let you down and you can still count on the suggestion of
octopus with artichokes, dried tomatoes and arugula. All of these
become possible due to the incredible culinary talent of Chef Paulo
Pinto and his experienced team.
