The Hotel opened in 2012 by the hands of this Architect. There
was also the collaboration of interior designer Amanda Molina,
who belongs to the Mercer Hotel team. The great philosophy for
this architect was the combination of historical heritage, contem-
porary design and an exceptional service level. It is classified as 5 *
GL Monument and has 28 rooms and suites. Regarding facilities,
one can enjoy the Glazed Courtyard “Orange Tree Patio”, fine
dining at the “Mercer Restaurant”, the tapas bar “Le Bouchon”,
a Cocktail Bar, a Library, and a Rooftop terrace with pool and
bar service. The 28 rooms of the hotel preserve the height of its
ceilings and the original wooden beams. The proposal of Moneo
integrates heritage and elements recovered with pieces of noble
materials of the last generation, such as the Corian of the bath-
rooms, as well as furniture of simple and austere design.
