Le Chiberta Restaurant is under the management of director Thierry
Belin and the brilliantly talented chef Stéphane Laruelle.
CovetED was welcomed into a mesmerising space reigned by black
and red and ready to taste the most scrumptious Michelin-starred
cuisine.From the chic exterior to the astonishing interiors, including
the hall of wines, the Salon Traquandi and, of course, the Carré-
Comptoir du Chiberta, everything was perfect. In other words, the
service was impeccable, the atmosphere was quite soothing and
the fantastic Italian wines are definitely a must-try! Regarded as
the “Haven of Delight”, this remarkable Parisian restaurant really
lives up to its name. The highly curated menu is supervised by the
renowned Chef Guy Savoy and Stéphane Laruelle. When it comes
to dishes and in order to fully experience the fine cuisine of Guy
Savoy and Le Chiberta, we had the pleasure of trying multiple
dishes, including the delicious L’huîtres d’Isigny, the stunningly-
prepared Volaille pochée-rôtie à la truffe and last but not least, the
mouth-watering Ris de veau Croustillant. In all of these dishes, your
palate was invaded by a scrumptious combination of flavours and
ingredients that most certainly exceeded all of our expectations.
The desserts were incredibly tasty, especially the Sorbet Rhum of
Pineapples and Kumquat.
Le Chiberta is definitely a spectacular dining destination to visit for
those who enjoy the arts of fine cuisine.
