Таковы основные моменты:\n• сохранение главного входа в исходном положении, придав ему новый вид благодаря \nотделочным работам и новым материалам.\n• сохранение также главной гостиной, изменив радикально, однако, ее стиль.\n• модификация всей спальной зоны на первом этаже, расположив комнаты в \nследующем порядке : две комнаты для гостей с туалетом, зона мастер (зона \nхозяев дома) с двумя комнатами (мужская \u002F женская), общая гардеробная, ванная \nкомната мастер, где располагаются: душ, ванная, зона wc и две большие раковины. \n• определить весь второй этаж как зона для гостей, которая сообщается с остальной \nчастью дома, но с отдельным входом в бассейн. Дистрибуция  предусматривает \nнебольшой зал, кухня и три спальни с собственной ванной комнатой.\n• создание видеозала, винного погреба и тренажерного зала, который сообщается с \nоткрытым бассейном \n.\n• создание зоны для обслуживающего персонала и прачечной.\n• расположение зоны душ \u002Fраздевалки на территории бассейна и летней кухни, \nне создавая тем самым замкнутость пространства. В связи с этим предлагается \nпересмотреть всю территорию с целью внедрения оздоровительного центра \u002F спа. \n• восстановление зоны открытого бассейна, сохранив расположение  последнего, однако \nсделав его более округлым и гармоничным.\nРуководствуясь указанными выше идеями, начались строительные работы. В процессе \nпроведения работ проект развивался с учетом определенных корректировок, отвечающих \nтребованиям местной администрации, и с учетом местного ландшафта в целях \nсохранения ценности виллы и прилегающей территории. Сотрудники Cosmopolitan Home \nи владелец  виллы регулярно делятся идеями, из такой совместной работы возникли \nеще некоторые  изменения и улучшения. It was removed and disposed, replaced \nby terracotta roof tiles typical of Tuscan buildings. \nThe facades have a surface coated in prefab concrete slotted, also due to the characteristics of \nthe buildings constructed in this period. It was then made a total exterior cleaning, removing \nold finishes and unsightly, enhancing all existing stones. Stones, released from living together with \nthe residue of another era aesthetic, revealed both the warm and cosy of the villa and those \nimpressive stylistic relevances. As for the painting of the façade, were chosen the warm hues of \nthe ivory, paired to the white in an exaltation of brightness.\nWindows, enhanced with new frames, changed the format of a new internal distribution of \nspaces and, above all in the pool and spa area, some windows have been expanded giving new \nbrightness to the Interior. Replaced all the fixtures in compliance with regulations on energy \nsaving and heat loss, in ivory colour to match chromes choices. \nThe thresholds have been reconstructed in a precious material typical of the area, the marble \nof Carrara. In \nrespect of the bond of landscaped heritage protecting this green area, the resettlement project \nsaw the preservation of all existing species of flora, increasing some essences. The Park was \nequipped with new irrigation and lighting systems, where special emphasis has been placed in \nthe exaltation of the facade, swimming pools and the main tree species.\nThe request of the new owner to the designers was to eliminate edged shapes from the old \nmain pool, changing the design, but taking advantage of the existing excavation. In the new \nrealization there are three swimming pools – master, children and Jacuzzi who adopt sinuous \nand harmonics lines, where the choice of materials emphasizes lights and colours. The inner \nlining is in glass mosaic with mixture white base, while the three bottoms are now lined \nwith figurative mosaics: white roses with shades from yellow to pink and gray. The visual and \nstructural richness of this collection is highlighted by precious gold mosaic that makes up the \nedges and covers the circular planters, together with large Palm trees, are the main components \nfor the setting of the scenic area.\nTo notice also the use of teak for the pool borders, another top quality material, which acts \nas a perimeter in all sun areas embracing the pools. On wood the dark shades, pure white \nfurnishings stands out.\nThe old and large iron and glass roof that completed the area was dismantled, and built a new \ntimber structure in ivory colour. Designed in line with the green areas, covered in part with \nblinds and curtains partly with climbing plants, has also teak floor. Покрытие из камня, очищенное от остатков старого покрытия другой \nэпохи, придало теплый и уютный вид вилле, а также чувство стиля. Что касается покраске \nфасада, были выбраны цвета теплых тонов слоновой кости, в сочетании с белым, играя на \nэкзальтации сияния.\nОкна, обрамленные в новый карниз по периметру с декором,  изменили свое расположение \nв соответствии с новой внутренней планировкой и, особенно в зоне бассейна и спа, размер \nнекоторых окон был увеличен, таким образом внутренний интерьер более светлый. Были \nзаменены все оконные и дверные блоки в соответствии с нормами по энергосбережению и \nпотери тепла, цвета слоновой кости, совпадая с общим фоном объекта. Пороги выполнены \nиз ценного материала типичного для территории - каррарского мрамора. Парк был оснащен новой \nсистемой орошения и современной системой освещения, акцент которой был сделан на \nфасаде, бассейнах и некоторых видах растений.\nПожелание нового владельца заключалось в устранении угловой формы старого главного \nбассейна, изменении дизайна, оставив, однако, существующее месторасположение. Проект \nпредусматривает  три бассейна : главный, детский и Джакузи, применяя метод непрямых и \nгармоничных линий, где выбор материалов подчеркивает свет и цвета. Внутренняя отделка \nвыполнена из стеклянной мозаики в сочетании с белой основой, в то время как дно \nбассейнов  было покрыто изобразительной мозаикой: белые розы с оттенками в диапазоне \nот желтого до розового и серого. Очевидное богатство визуальное и структурное \nпредставляют собой бортики из сусального золота, а также вазон, выполненный в круговую, \nдополняют гамму  вместе с большими пальмами, и являются основными компонентами  \nэтой живописной зоны. Бортики бассейна также отделаны материалом высокого качества - \nдревесины тикового дерева, который выполняет функцию коврика по периметру бассейна \nсо всех сторон распространения солнечных лучей, охватывающих бассейны. На темном \nфоне дерева контрастно выделяется мебель прозрачного белого цвета. Старый и широкий \nнавес  из железа  и стекла был демонтирован, и вместо него установлено деревянное \nпокрытие цвета слоновой кости. В продолжение зеленой зоны, покрытие частично \nобрамлено тканью и частично вьющимися растениями, покрытие также выполнено из \nдревесины тикового дерева. Был реставрирован и восстановлен большой вазон из мрамора \nКаррара справа от главного бассейна.
