The Metamorphosis Dining Table is a technical challenge in
metal casting and wood veneer application. The surface, rich
in walnut root, features textured “fossils” that represent the
final stage of life’s cycle. Supported by a stately base of high-
polished brass, this piece is a testament to the wood carving
and metalwork of Portugal’s finest artisans.
