She makes \nexperiences and forms with a \nsensorial quality.  \nARQUITECTURA-G\nARQUITECTURA-G is a Barcelona-\nbased architectural practice founded \nin 2006 by Jonathan Arnabat, Jordi \nAyala-Bril, Aitor Fuentes and Igor \nUrdampilleta while they were still \nstudents. Their work ranges from \nfurniture design to private houses, \nretail architecture, multi-familly \nhousing or public facilities. They have \nbroad experience in the renovation of \nhistorical architecture, rennovations \nand new constructions. Antoni Gaudí was \nan artist, architect and a leader of the \nCatalan art nouveau. He transformed \nthe formal into undulating structures \nresembling limbs, branching forests, \nand the complex geometry of natural \nlandforms.\nEUGENI QUILLET\nBorn in Ibiza in 1972, Eugeni Quitllet \nsynthesises functional creativity and \nquirky charm. Easier said than done. \nWe could not find an off-the shelf bench which was \nslatted, upholstered and fitted the somewhat bespoke \ndimensions of the Lord’s terraces. Konstantin Grcic’s \nBench B came closest so I spoke to Jordi Arnau at BD \nBarcelona who immediately understood the challenge. \nWith the sort of can-do attitude that has made BD \nfamous, he proposed changes to the dimensions of \nthe cast aluminium frame and the slats, all weather \nupholstery, and various small details that effectively \nturned the bench into a bespoke product without losing \nits essential beauty. Lord’s is a byword in tradition. \nThe Pavilion houses committees that regulate the \ninternational game, as well as holding astonishing \ncollections of artefacts and paintings which illustrate \ncricket from its beginnings on a field nearby.
