Italian architect, sculptor, and designer Angelo
Mangiarotti designed the Plexi lamp in 1962, but at the time
it was only produced in small quantities. Plexi can be used
as a single piece or grouped together. The Plexi thrives in
grand spaces, preferably grouped together with other Plexi’s
as an impressive chandelier, so the size alone makes it a
relevant choice for grand halls or high ceilings, and in hotels,
restaurants, lobbies, and corporate domiciles. However, even
a single Plexi can be transformative as it will cast its elegant
style to any room.

Mangiarotti progettò la lampada Plexi nel 1962, prodotta
all'epoca solo in quantità limitate. La lampada può essere
utilizzata singolarmente o in gruppo. Plexi dà il meglio di sé
negli spazi di grandi dimensioni, preferibilmente raggruppata
insieme ad altre Plexi a formare un maestoso lampadario:
sono infatti le dimensioni uniche a renderla la soluzione
preferita per ampie sale o altezze importanti, in hotel,
ristoranti, saloni e sedi aziendali. Anche da sola, la lampada a
sospensione Plexi è capace di trasformare qualsiasi stanza in
un ambiente di stile.

Mangiarotti a conçu la lampe Plexi en 1962, mais à l'époque
elle n'était produite qu'en petites quantités. Plexi peut être
utilisée seule ou en groupe. Plexi s'épanouit dans les grands
espaces, de préférence regroupée avec d'autres Plexi pour
former un lustre imposant, de sorte que sa taille seule en fait
