Topiary Reflection
Human excessive prunings, serving only the
anthropocentric gaze, intervenes in the carefully
thought-out sinuous branchings of a tree as they
maintain their balance and seek the best resources
from the sun and the rain for their growth. But a body
of water perceives and re-creates the tree’s joyous
celebration of a free self.

Le potature eccessive dell’uomo, che servono solo
allo sguardo antropocentrico, intervengono nelle
sinuose ramificazioni attentamente studiate di un
albero che mantiene il suo equilibrio e cerca nel sole
e nella pioggia le risorse migliori per la sua crescita.
Ma lo specchio d’acqua percepisce e ricrea la gioiosa
celebrazione di un sé libero.
