From the "Cappellini NEXT 2012" talent scouting project in the five continents to a completed project for the 2013 collection, the Trez chair is a strong graphic design inspired by Brazilian culture. It is a reinterpretation of the work of two great artists from the plastic arts scenario: the sculptor Amilcar de Castro, famous for his poetic use of clean cutting and bending steel, and the father of modern Brazilian design Joaquim Tenreiro who began everything with his three legged chair. A bold and eclectic mixture, an evocative and original shape-sculpture, it is made of laser cut and welded 4mm thick aluminum. The chair is matt spray painted in three colors: white, black, red.
