She (ella en inglés), el asiento de roble macizo y asiento y respaldo
tapizado, es el pequeño homenaje de Carlos Tíscar a las mujeres, a
su carácter resolutivo, práctico, y tremendamente valiente.
Carácter refl ejado en la estructura de la silla, que es aparentemente
muy sencilla, aunque posee una geometría interna hecha de sutiles
contrastes, con líneas completamente verticales junto a otras
ligeramente inclinadas.
She, the chair and armchair, with a solid oak wood structure and
a padded seat and chair back, is designer Carlos Tiscar’s tribute to
women’s courageous and pragmatic temperament.
The body of the chair is an ingenious interplay of thicknesses and
slightly slanted vertical lines. The padding has an original crease
inspired by the manufacture of certain women’s handbags.
