richiusura istantanea del circuito secondario del TA aperto
a causa di una interruzione dei collegamenti o alla rimozione
delle apparecchiature collegate, per evitare le sovratensioni
pericolose generate dall’apertura, e al ripristino istantaneo
automatico al ritorno delle normali condizioni
