The standard thickness of the panels is 6 to 8 mm.
The technology allows for the production of panels
in sizes of 350 x 600 mm and 590 x 590 mm. Other
sizes and thicknesses can be made to order.
By choosing the correct production process, widths
of 25 to 50 mm can be achieved. Smaller sizes and
other formats and shapes are created by cutting
individual panels with a waterjet. Holes of various
diameters can be drilled anywhere in the panels,
and any shape can be cut into them.
Panel sizes
Thanks to the original formulas used in melting
Janštejn glass and the compatibility of its individual
types and colours, there are nearly endless varieties
of colour combina-tions. The structural appearance
of BROKISGLASS is determined by the size of the
shards, the intensity of their colouration, and last
but not least by the randomness of their placement
within a given panel. The material is handcrafted,
which by its very nature may cause colour deviations.
