In 2020, BROKIS introduced MyBrokis, a dedicated
partner portal designed to streamline and accelerate
communication between the company, agents,
and dealers.
The MyBrokis portal is a dynamic interactive
environment that gives agents control over their
accounts and access to the latest information,
simplifying daily operations and significantly
improving communication efficiency.
One of its biggest advantages is an intuitive ordering
process. Following a system upgrade in early 2025,
users can now see a 3D preview of the light they
are ordering, allowing for a better visualization
of the product. The portal also provides access
to real-time inventories and price calculations
for previously created bespoke compositions based
on an ever-expanding database.
Once an order is confirmed, users can easily track
its progress, such as estimated delivery dates.
Additionally, the portal offers downloadable product
sheets, technical drawings, images, and the latest
catalogues.
Another key feature is the ability to quickly retrieve
order histories, bills of delivery, and invoices, keeping
all transaction records organized in one place.
Thanks to seamless system integration, users
can also request additional services with their orders,
including installation of new lights, cleaning, or repairs
of previously purchased products.
Finally, the portal is fully interoperable
with the BROKIS online configurators. This gives
users the convenience of creating complex lighting
compositions and ordering them via MyBrokis
with a single click.
