CNC-MACHINED
COMPONENTS
BROKIS lights stand out not only for their exquisite
glass craftsmanship but also for their cutting-edge
technologies. To ensure precision and durability, key
components such as fixtures and ceiling canopies
are crafted using CNC-machined parts.
Our development team transforms the designer’s
vision into a sophisticated technical and functional
solution that best matches the inherent aesthetic
of the light. When it comes to metal, aluminium alloys
are the material of choice due to their exceptional
machinability, versatile surface treatment options
(anodizing, powder coating, sandblasting,
beadscaping, varnish finishing, etc.), and superior
thermal conductivity, which makes them ideal
for heat sinks in LED modules.
In addition to aluminium, we also work
with steel, stainless steel, and precisely milled plastic
components for securing power cables within ceiling
canopies. Select BROKIS collections, such as Muffins
and Shadows, incorporate refined wooden or marble
elements for added elegance.
The unmatched precision of CNC machining
is achieved with state-of-the-art computer software.
Our experts create highly accurate models, and these
are then brought to life by trusted local suppliers
using the latest in CNC technology.
