The Alpina Gstaad is a luxury hotel in Switzerland for the world’s
most discerning travellers that opened in December 2012. More
than a place to stay in the Swiss Alps, it is a new icon for Gstaad
combining Swiss tradition and thoughtful luxury. For the interior
design project, HBA London took the traditional chalet form of the
building into the interior and contemporised it. Our participation
in the project is regarding the use of our contemporary VELLUM
wall lights in the hotel’s ballroom. The result couldn’t be better,
the harmony projected by the ambience is undeniable.
