From 1896 to 1945 the building at Kantstrasse 79
served as a courthouse. From 1945 until 2010 it
was used as a municipal land title archive and as
administration for estates in the district of Berlin
Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf. In 2015, the building
became home to a living archive and laboratory
for OAO and Bocci. This six storey space provides
ample room to experiment with installations of
new material and explore the limits of existing work.
