Il 100% degli scarti crudi derivanti dal ciclo di produzione vengono
riutilizzati nella fase di preparazione dell’impasto, contribuendo in modo
sensibile alla salvaguardia delle risorse naturali riducendo l’estrazione di
materie prime da cava.
100% of the non fired material from the production cycle is reused in the
preparation of the mixture, contributing significantly to the protection
of natural resources by reducing the extraction of raw materials from
quarries.

Gli scarti cotti sono completamente riutilizzati nel ciclo produttivo.
Inoltre, a fine vita, le piastrelle Blustyle possono essere riciclate come
inerti per sottofondi di strade ed edifici, riducendo cosi l’uso di ghiaia
ed inerti naturali comunemente utilizzati in edilizia.
Waste-fired tiles are fully reused in the production cycle. In addition, at
the end of life, Blustyle tiles can be recycled as materials for substrates
for roads and buildings, thus reducing the use of gravel and natural
aggregates commonly used in building.
Les rejets de cuisson sont entièrement réutilisés dans le cycle de
production. En fin de vie, les carreaux Blustyle peuvent par ailleurs
être utilisés comme granulats pour les soubassements de routes et de
bâtiments, ce qui permet de réduire l’utilisation de gravier et de granulats
naturels habituellement utilisés en construction.
Die beim Brennen der Fliesen anfallenden Abfälle werden vollständig wieder in den
Produktionszyklus aufgenommen. Außerdem können die Fliesen Blustyle nach
ihrem “Lebensende” als inertes Material als Untergrund für Straßen oder Gebäude
verwendet werden und somit den Einsatz von gewöhnlicherweise im Bauwesen
eingesetzten Kies und inerten Naturmaterialien reduzieren.

gestito in modo differenziato e riciclato in altri processi produttivi.

La produzione di piastrelle di ceramica richiede ingenti quantitativi di
acqua. Per salvaguardare questa importante risorsa naturale Blustyle
riutilizza il 100% delle acque reflue derivanti dal ciclo di produzione,
generando una riduzione fino all’80% del fabbisogno idrico degli
stabilimenti.
The production of tiles requires large amounts of water. So as to
safeguard this precious resource Blustyle recycles 100% of waste water
from the production cycle. This allows the reduction of water consumption
by up to 80%.
La production de carreaux de céramique nécessite de grandes quantités
d’eau. Pour sauvegarder cette importante ressource naturelle, Blustyle
réutilise 100 % des eaux usées provenant du cycle de production,
générant une réduction jusqu’à 80% des besoins en eau des
établissements.
Die Herstellung von Keramikfliesen erfordert beträchtliche Wassermengen.
Um diese wichtige Naturressource zu schützen, verwertet Blustyle 100% der
Abwässer des Produktionszyklus wieder und ermöglicht somit eine Reduktion des
Wasserbedarfs in den Anlagen von bis zu 80%.

inferiori ai severi limiti ambientali richiesti della legislazione italiana.
Significant investments in the best available technologies allow Blustyle
products to be manufactured with minimal gaseous emissions into the
atmosphere, reaching levels 10 times lower than the strict environmental
limits required by Italian legislation.

qui sont à notre disposition permettent de réaliser les produits Blustyle,
en réduisant au minimum les émissions de gaz dans l’atmosphère, et en
atteignant des niveaux dix fois inférieurs aux limites environnementales
très strictes fixées par la législation italienne.
Dank der starken Investitionen in die modernsten, verfügbaren
Produktionstechnologien ist es uns möglich, sämtliche Produkte von Blustyle so
herzustellen, dass die Schadstoffemissionen in die Atmosphäre auf das Geringste
reduziert werden. Wir erreichen dabei ein Niveau, das 10 mal unter den strengen
Grenzwerten der italienischen Gesetzgebung liegt.

Blustyle utilizza pallet senza corteccia conformi allo standard IPPC /
FAO ISPM 15, offrendo quindi ai Paesi importatori ogni garanzia per la
salvaguardia del proprio patrimonio forestale.
Blustyle uses bark-free pallets that comply with the IPPC / FAO ISPM
15 standard, thus offering importing countries every guarantee for the
protection of their forest resources.
Blustyle utilise des palettes sans écorce (DB) conformes aux normes
IPPC / FAO ISPM 15, offrant donc aux Pays importateurs la garantie de la
préservation du patrimoine forestier.
Blustyle verwendet gemäß Standard IPPC/FAO ISPM 15 rindenfreie Paletten
(DB) und gibt daher den Importländern die Garantie für den Schutz ihres
Waldbestandes.
