The square sofa system. Build a long straight line interspaced with armrests, writing tablets and
electricity, or customize it to be open and inviting, with as few additions as possible. Double the width
with a causal side to rest in, and a stricter front for work or a short stay on the go. RUT is all about
flexibility, and favours slowness and lingering comfort as much as temporary seating. Compose and
rearrange according to functional and aesthetic needs. Add accessories of your choice, RUT comes
with writing tablet, electricity, and armrest options.
Each module measures 75cm x 75cm. RUT offers an elegant contrast between soft generous seating
modules, and a sturdy exposed linear base made of a steel H-beam resting on two, or more, solid oak
supports. Assemble as many squares as needed. Turn them around to offer different seating possibilities:
then simply fix together with two bolts.
