I letti Biba Bed sono realizzati con materiali naturali ed innovativi selezionati
secondo i più rigorosi criteri di qualità, sicurezza e solidità. Queste caratteristiche
e la cura artigianale dei dettagli costruttivi determinano il pregio e la durata nel
tempo di ogni prodotto. Nelle nostre progettazioni viene privilegiata la ricerca del
relax, equilibrio dell’anima.
La struttura dei nostri imbottiti viene ricoperta da materiali a diversa densità,
selezionati a seconda della posizione in cui vengono impiegati valutando le
necessità di comfort. La comoda accoglienza delle testate è determinata dal giusto
ed equilibrato utilizzo di piume d’oca e d’anatra (prodotto accuratamente lavato,
sterilizzato ed anallergico) e poliuretano a spessore differenziato; il tutto racchiuso
in una candida fodera di puro cotone.
La cura dei dettagli, definisce poi ogni modello rendendolo unico.
Le cuciture, per esempio, concettualmente semplici, in realtà esse si declinano in
una miriade di variabili, cambiate a seconda della posizione in cui intervengono. A
livello estetico esse rappresentano un elemento di ricercatezza.
La lavorazione applicata alla produzione dei nostri modelli si ispira a criteri
artigianali, così come un tempo, ancora oggi i tessuti e pelli utilizzati per il
confezionamento vengono cuciti seguendo un procedimento antico indispensabile
per salvaguardare il manufatto da imperfezioni.

Such characteristics combined with accuracy of hand-made work make each
Biba bed precious and durable. In all our designs we favour the research of
relax, soul balance.
The frames of our upholstered beds is covered by materials with different foam
density, selected based on where they’re used by evaluating their comfort needs.
The comfortable headboard is composed by the correct and balanced use of
goose down and duck down (carefully washed, sterilized and hypoallergenic
product) and polyurethane foam in different thickness.
All these parts are then covered in a pure cotton white lining.
Details are our strength and make unique every model.
The seams, for example, are very simple and basic. In reality they are so
numerous and versatile according to their different settings. At an aesthetic
level they represent an element of refinement.
Production of our models is ruled by criteria of handmade craftsmanship, the
same as many years ago. Today we use fabrics which are sewn following an old
process, important to safeguard our products from imperfections.
