Il costante impegno che Berti Pavimenti Legno dedica alla ricerca, allo sviluppo di
nuove tecnologie e all’ampliamento delle proprie capacità produttive è sinonimo di

Il mega impianto di verniciatura ad acqua, vanta una lunghezza di 250 metri lineari
ed è tra la più recenti tecnologie di impiantistica studiata per soddisfare le esigenze
di trattamento e finitura del legno, grazie a soluzioni che garantiscono assoluti livelli
di qualità e affidabilità.
Il prodotto viaggia attraverso la linea di verniciatura ad una velocità di circa 10
metri al minuto passando lungo le diversi fasi del ciclo di preparazione. Dopo circa
25 minuti e 14 stadi, il prodotto è pronto per la fase finale: le tavole bisellate sono
pronte per l’imballaggio, mentre gli altri prodotti privi di bisellatura devono passare
attraverso l’ultima fase di scorniciatura. I vantaggi dell’utilizzo di questa tecnologia
sono ambientali, prestazionali e pratici.
I prodotti Berti verniciati ad acqua rispettano l’ambiente: possono vantare il 95%
in meno di emissioni nocive in confronto ad una normale vernice a solvente, ma
allo stesso tempo permettono di mantenere un eccellente standard qualitativo
professionale.

the increase of its own production capacity, Berti Wooden Floors is a byword for Ecology and

In fact, Berti operates with a water based varnishing system: it’s a 250 meter long lacquering
line that has no comparison in the panorama of the european wooden floors producers. This
system, using the most up to date technologies created for meeting the needs of wooden
processing and finishing, with technical solutions that grant reliability and high quality level
of the products.
The product moves across the painting line at 10 meter/minute speed, going through all the
different phases. After 25 minutes and 14 steps, the product is ready for the final production
phase: the wide planks bevelled are ready to be packed, while the square edge products are
subject to the profiling phase.
This particular lacquer, used in the new varnishing line, allow us to have a product that
maintains unchanged its own characteristic in terms of resistance, quality, hardness and
visual aspect. Berti wooden floors with water based lacquer are environmentally friendly
products: they can boast a 95% reduction of toxic emissions, in comparison with the poly-
acrilic lacquer, maintaining in the meantime a high professional quality level. Their quality
is confirmed by Berti.

La méga installation de vernissage, qui utilise du vernis à l’eau, s’étend sur 250 mètres
linéaires fait partie des dernières technologies d’installation conçues pour répondre aux be-
soins de traitement et de finition du bois, grâce à des solutions qui garantissent des niveaux
absolus de qualité et de fiabilité.
Le produit traverse la ligne de vernissage à une vitesse d’environ 10 mètres par minute en
passant par les différentes étapes du cycle. Après environ 25 minutes et 14 étapes, le produit
est prêt pour la dernière étape: les planches biseautées sont prêtes à être emballées, tandis
que les autres produits non biseautés doivent passer par la dernière étape du moulage.
Les avantages de l’utilisation de cette technologie sont environnementaux, performants et
pratiques. Ce type de vernis permet d’avoir un produit qui garde intactes ses caractéristi-
ques en termes de résistance, de qualité, de dureté et d’aspect. Les vernis à l’eau de Berti
respectent l’environnement : ils peuvent se vanter de réduire de 95% les émissions nocives
par rapport à un vernis normal à base de solvant, mais ils permettent en même temps de
maintenir un excellent niveau de qualité professionnelle.
