Con la denominazione prefinito multistrato si indica
generalmente una serie di elementi in legno costituiti da più
strati, lavorati sui fianchi con incastro a maschio e femmina
e preventivamente calibrati, levigati e verniciati prima della
loro posa in opera. Altamente innovativo, il pavimento
prefinito è costituito da uno strato superiore calpestabile,
con uno spessore importante di legno pregiato e uno di
supporto al quale è delegato il compito di mantenere il
pavimento indeformabile, contrastando efficacemente la
naturale tendenza al movimento del parquet e garantendo
proprietà di resistenza e robustezza estremamente elevate.
L’assoluta qualità della lavorazione e la specifica finitura
superficiale, che prevede una stesura industriale della
vernice, oltre a permettere una velocissima installazione,
garantiscono al prodotto durezza, solidità nel tempo e una
totale idrorepellenza ai liquidi. Non ultimo il grande valore

The word pre-finished multi-layers generally means a series of
wood elements consisting of more layers, manufactured with
tongue-and-groove joints on the sides, previously calibrated,
sanded and lacquered before installation. Highly innovative,
the pre-finished floor consists of a hardwood top-layer and a
supporting layer, that maintain the floor perfect, effectively
fighting the natural wood settlement guaranteeing the extremely
high properties of durability and hardness. The absolute quality of
the manufacturing and the specific surface finish, which provides
an industrial lacquer coat, besides allowing a quick installation,
guarantee the product with hardness, strength during the time and
a totally water-proofing surface. Furthermore the great aesthetic
value and extremely natural effect of the pre-finished wooden floor

Avec la dénomination préfinité multicouche on indique
généralement une série d’éléments en bois constitués de
plusieurs couches, travaillés sur les côtés avec emboîtement
mâle et femelle et calibrés au préalable, poncés et peints
avant leur pose. Très innovant, le sol pré-fini est constitué
d’une couche supérieure piétinable, avec une épaisseur
importante de bois précieux, et un support auquel est
délégué la tâche de maintenir le sol indéformable, en
luttant efficacement la tendance naturelle au mouvement
du parquet et en garantissant des propriétés de résistance
et de robustesse extrêmement élevées. La qualité absolue
de l’usinage et la finition de surface spécifique, qui prévoit

in tempo reale il processo di essiccazione
e indurimento di ogni strato di vernice
applicato. Gli strati di vernice applicata
sono essenzialmente 5. Ogni strato di
vernice viene costantemente monitorato,
controllandone la quantità applicata, la
distensione ed il livello di essiccazione. La
mano finale di vernice base acqua Hi-tech
applicata con velatrice conferisce un elevata
morbidezza al tatto, uniformità ottica e un
effetto materico naturale.
Berti Wooden Floors has developed a HI-
TECH lacquering cycle for the protection of its
products: an unique mix of production capacity,
to achieve aesthetics and chemical physical
resistance at the highest level.* Our industrial
UV drying system for the lacquering application
allows to control in real time the drying /
hardening process of each coat of lacquer. Our
peculiar finishing tecnique of the top layer
consists of 5 lacquering coats. Each lacquering
layer is steadily monitored, checking the applied
quantity the spreading and the drying level. The
final lacquering step is a curtain coat of Hi-tech
water-based lacquer that gives a special soft feel
and a natural and uniform final effect.
Berti Pavimenti a développé un cycle de peinture
HI-tech dédié à la protection de ses produits:
un mélange imbattable de potentiel productif,
d’esthétique et de résistances chimique-physique
à un niveau très élevé qui permet d’obtenir
une plus grande résistance. L’application des
produits de peinture a lieu sur une installation
industrielle de séchage UV qui permet de
contrôler en temps réel le processus de séchage
et de durcissement de chaque couche de peinture
appliquée. Il y a essentiellement 5 couches de
peinture appliquées. Chaque couche de peinture
est constamment contrôlée, en vérifiant la
quantité appliquée, l’étalement et le niveau de
séchage. La dernière couche de vernis à l’eau
HI-tech appliquée avec une coucheuse à rideau
donne un toucher très doux, une uniformité
optique et un effet de matière naturel.

MOULAGE
La profilatura di ogni singolo elemento
viene realizzata mediante evolutissimi
utensili al diamante che garantiscono un
taglio perfetto delle tavole. Proprio per
questo, i profili dei listoni Prefiniti Berti
non presentano alcuna dentellatura o
seghettatura, tipica dei tagli imperfetti.
Con la stessa tecnica di profilatura vengono
lavorati anche il maschio e la femmina del
supporto in betulla. Si possono ottenere
così degli incastri ad alta precisione e privi
di sbavature, per una perfetta chiusura
in fase di accostamento e assemblaggio
degli elementi e un’altrettanto perfetta
planarità del pavimento.
The profiling of each element is carried out
through very advanced diamond tools which
guarantee the perfect cut of the planks. It is
indeed for this reason that Berti pre-finished
planks profiles do not appear with any ledges
and roughness marks, typical of the imperfect
cuts.The tongue-and-groove of the birch
plywood support in manufactured with the
same profiling technique. In this way it is
possible to obtain high precision joints for a
perfect assembling of the wooden elements and
a flatness of the floor.
Le moulage de chaque élément est réalisé à
l’aide de machines au diamant très avancés qui
garantissent une coupe parfaite des tables. C’est
précisément pour cette raison que les profils
des lames Prefiniti Berti ne présentent aucune
dentelure, typique des coupes imparfaites. Avec
la même technique de profilage, le mâle et la
femelle du support en bouleau sont également
usinés. On peut ainsi obtenir des encastrements
de haute précision et sans bavures, pour une
fermeture parfaite en phase d’accostage et
d’assemblage des éléments et une planéité du
sol tout aussi parfaite.
