sviluppo del suo Ufficio Tecnico permettono di interpretare
le esigenze di ogni Cliente e di trasformarle, attraverso
evoluti software di progettazione, in pavimenti in legno
senza limiti di complessità.
Le dimensioni, lo spessore, le tipologie di finitura e i legni
impiegati: ognuno è libero di comporre a piacere l’intarsio
che desidera, con una varietà articolata di materiali, stili e
colori, scelti di volta in volta per esprimere e adattarsi a
gusti, culture, ambienti differenti.
Grazie all’apporto della sofisticata tecnologia laser, ogni
richiesta è esaudibile, ogni disegno personalizzabile,
dal più classico e tradizionale fino al più moderno.
Collaborando con i designer e gli architetti più affermati, il
dipartimento tecnico è in grado di progettare e realizzare
pannelli e bordure intarsiate per pavimenti, ma anche le
più originali declinazioni a parete.
Oltre alla realizzazione e alla consegna del materiale,
grande attenzione viene rivolta al servizio post-vendita:
su richiesta del Cliente, i tecnici Berti garantiscono
un’assistenza completa, dalla progettazione iniziale fino
alla messa in opera definitiva, attuata da posatori esperti
selezionati direttamente dall’azienda. Berti non si rivolge
soltanto al Privato, ma offre un servizio specializzato
anche a Trade e Contract pubblico, proponendo soluzioni
appositamente studiate per showroom, alberghi e
ristoranti.

clients have total freedom to develop the inlaid patterns
they prefer, using a wide range of materials, styles and
colours, chosen in order to express different tastes, cultures
and interiors in the most appropriate way.
Using sophisticated laser technology, all demands can be
fulfilled, and every design can be customized, whether
classical and traditional, or absolutely modern. The technical
department, working with leading designers and architects,
can design and create inlaid panels and borders for floors,
as well as highly original wall panelling configurations.
Besides the production and the goods delivery, the company
focuses a particular attention to after-sales service. On
customer’s request, Berti’s technical staff guarantee
complete assistance, from the initial design phase right to
the final installation, performed by expert installers selected
directly by the company. Berti does not work with private
customers alone, but it also offers a specialised service to
retailers and public contracts, supplying bespoke solutions
for show-rooms, hotels and restaurants.
