Un’arte antica come la lavorazione del legno, applicata alla tecnologia moderna:
Berti Pavimenti Legno è costantemente impegnato allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione del
proprio comparto produttivo e di trasformazione. In tal senso, investe molto sia in
termini economici che in risorse umane, al fine di realizzare pavimenti in legno di alto
profilo, di assoluta qualità. A partire dall’uso di utensili al diamante per la profilatura
degli elementi, che permette di realizzare incastri perfetti: in fase di posa in opera il
parquet risulta così assolutamente planare e liscio. Le diverse tecniche di lavorazione
permettono di ottenere un pavimento levigato e verniciato, dall’aspetto classico.
Oppure un pavimento spazzolato e verniciato, che ben ripropone i vecchi pavimenti
del passato. La particolare essiccazione della vernice, applicata con la speciale
finitura a “velo” in appositi forni a raggi U.V., fa sì che ogni prodotto verniciato sia
immediatamente fruibile e resistente, del tutto ecologico ed esente da emissione
di sostanze tossiche. A tale proposito, tutti i pavimenti prefiniti sono realizzati nel
rispetto della norma europea EN 14342 e sono pertanto certificati CE.

The wood manufacturing is an antique art, applied to modern technology: Berti
Pavimenti Legno is continuously committed to the development and expansion of
its productive and processing section. In that sense, it invests a lot both in economic
terms and in human resources, in order to realize wooden floor high quality wooden
floors. Starting from the use of diamond tools for the profiling of the elements, which
allows creating perfect joints: in the laying phase the parquet prove to be totally
flat and smooth. The various manufacturing techniques allow obtaining a polished
and varnished floor giving it a classic appearance; or a brushed and varnished floor,
reintroducing the floors of the past.The peculiar drying process of the varnish,
applied with the special “fog coat” finishing in proper U.V.- rays ovens, makes each
varnished product immediately usable thus durable, entirely ecologic and free from
toxic emissions. To this end, all the prefinished floors are created in the respect of the
European regulation EN 14342 and are therefore certified CE.

Laser e pavimenti in legno, un sofisticato binomio. L’essere stata la prima
azienda al mondo a studiare l’applicazione della tecnologia laser al pavimento
in legno intarsiato, ha permesso a Berti di realizzare delle vere e proprie opere
d’arte, di divenire un punto di riferimento ineguagliabile per quanto riguarda
questa evoluta tecnica di lavorazione. Oltre a questo, all’interno dell’azienda
opera un ufficio tecnico di progettazione, sempre a disposizione del cliente e
del professionista. Forte dell’esperienza acquisita in decenni, è in grado di interpretare
le esigenze del committente e trasformarle, attraverso l’utilizzo di particolari software,
in progetti senza limiti di complessità. Grazie all’apporto successivo del laser, infatti,
un semplice listoncino in legno può divenire una raffinata opera d’arte, minuscoli
pezzi d’essenza, accostati e uniti con gusto, possono dare vita a dei veri capolavori.
Tutte le fasi necessarie per la loro realizzazione sono il risultato di un paziente quanto
sapiente lavoro certosino. La particolarità di queste opere sta nel fatto che vengono
realizzate nell’intero spessore del parquet e non su un solo strato superficiale, come
avviene invece in ebanisteria.

The laser technology and the wooden floor: a sophisticated combination. Being the
first company in the world to study the employment of the laser technology to the
inlaid wooden floor, allowed Berti to realize out-and-out art works, hence becoming
a matchless point of reference, as for this advanced working technique. Besides this,
within our firm there is a design-engineering department, always at the disposal of the
client and the professional. Strong of the experience acquired in the past decades, is
capable to interpret the needs of the customer turning them (using specific software)
into projects without limits to complexity. Thanks to the employment of the laser
technology, sure enough, a simple wood plank can become an elegant art work, small
pieces of wood, matched and jointed with taste, can give life to real masterpiece. All
the necessary phases for their realization are the result of a patient as skilled and
meticulous work. The peculiarity of these works depend on the fact that they are
created on the entire depth of the parquet e not only on the surface layer, as it is, on
the contrary, for a cabinet maker’s shop.
