The plank structure renders I-Wood a
sustainable and environmentally-frien-
dly solution. Indeed, the plank com-
position includes the use of a 0.6-mm
veneer in noble oak, a cross-layered
multilayer birch support and finally, a
counterbalancing stretch of oak (0.6
mm) to guarantee the utmost stability,
for a total thickness of 10.2 mm
The innovative “XTREMESTRONG”
coating, developed over a number of
years, gives the surface unpreceden-
ted hardness and durability. Thanks to
the addition within the various layers
of particles of corundum, known for its
extreme hardness and technical-me-
chanical properties, the tread resistan-
ce is greater than with conventional
finishes.
Laboratory tests confirm that the Berti
paint cycle has an
abrasion resistance of 200 revolutions
by being classified in the “high traffic”
category and by 100% exceeding
the average on the market and the limit
set by UNI 11622-1:2016 (being 100
revolutions).

premier choix de chêne, d’un support en
bouleau multicouche à couches croisées
et enfin d’une partie compensatrice en es-
sence de chêne (0,6 mm) afin de garantir
la meilleure stabilité, pour une épaisseur
totale de 10,2 mm.
La peinture innovance « XTREME-
STRONG », mise au point avec les années,
confère à la surface une performance
de dureté et une durabilité jamais vues
auparavant. Grâce à l’ajout, dans les
différentes couches, de particules de
corindon, connue pour sa dureté extrême
et les caractéristiques techniques et
mécaniques, la résistance au piétinement
est supérieure aux finitions classiques.
Des tests de laboratoire confirment que le
cycle de peinture Berti a une résistance
à l’abrasion de 200 tours pour se classer
dans la catégorie à « trafic élevé »
et dépasser de 100% la moyenne
présente sur le marché et établie par la
réglementation UNI 11622-1:2016
(qui est de 100 tours).

La posa flottante ( o galleggiante) è generalmente
utilizzata per formati tavole di grandi dimensioni

indispensabile l’utilizzo di un materassino isolante.
