The beauty of minimal shapes and the elegance of fine
materials characterize the essence of the new ARTES
Modular bookcase.
Its modular nature makes any kind of customization
possible. Rigorous volumes and orthogonal lines are
masterfully combined with the artifice of the hand-
painted artistic composition in the backrests of the
open modules.
Different sizes of modules can be arranged to create
various compositional schemes, alternating open
compartments and closed doors.
The wooden structure of the bookcase is in Kotò,
with its distinctive linear grain. Presented with a
double finish. Darker tones on the front surface
and in the closed panels, it has lighter shades in the
internal compartments and wooden backs. In this
way, the library is enriched with depth and volume.
The special feature of this modular bookcase lies in
the artifice of its double backrest of the various open
modules, combined in wood and glass.
The wooden backs, made with the same finish and
wooden essence as the internal compartments, create
homogeneous compartments and a continuity of lines
and colors.
The glass backrests, placed before the wooden ones,
are masterfully decorated by hand by our skilled
artists. This pictorial decoration is meticulously
studied throughout the entire composition of the
bookcase and transforms it into a true piece of art,
exemplifying the beauty of the interior and keeping
the legacy of an all-Italian excellence.
The colors and shades of the brushstrokes are
harmoniously balanced to match the finishes and
frame of the wooden structure.
The bookcase can be enriched with LED lights,
adjustable in intensity with a remote control. With
this additional artifice, the bookcase evokes a variety
of emotions.
