Their compact dimensions make these luminaires particularly suitable for installation in
staircase risers both indoors and out. Recessed luminaires for walls and stairs often have
to meet particular customer requirements. Different types of stress caused by the building
or external influences can act on these luminaires. Besides mechanical stress caused by
vandalism, emissions or the washin and washout of aggressive media caused by the structure
itself frequently occur.
For such applications where a high degree of material resistance is desirable, this double
page shows you luminaires whose cover frames and luminaire housings are made entirely
of stainless steel.

The unshielded luminaires can also be installed in a vertical burning position. Two dimensions
are available for your lighting applications.
Shallow installation depths and a BEGA mounting system ensure simple and economical
installation in solid or hollow structures.

When making the recessed opening, it might be practical to use an installation housing.
If luminaires are to be installed in brickwork or in concrete walls that will later be plastered,
