The luminaires 85 249 and 85 250 can be configured, switched and dimmed via BEGA Smart
to a colour temperature of 3000 K or 4000 K. Luminaires with PIR motion and light sensor can
only be switched, not dimmed via BEGA Smart.
We supply the E 27 socket luminaire versions complete with corresponding LED lamps.

Intuitive configuration via app
The garden and pathway luminaires with an integrated passive
infrared motion and light sensor are extremely easy to configure
via Bluetooth and the free app BEGA Smart.
After sunset and when motion is detected, additional luminaires
that are networked via BEGA Smart (for example the matching
garden and pathway luminaires without sensors) can be
controlled. Alternatively, other luminaires can be controlled via
the integrated relay output.

The luminaires of this series are secured in the ground with an anchorage unit made of hot-dip
galvanised steel, or they are bolted onto a construction side foundation using a screw-on base.
Anchorage units and screw-on bases are included in the scope of delivery.
Screw-on base
For the permanent installation of BEGA garden and pathway luminaires on e.g.
on-site foundations or on other paved surfaces.
The screw-on base made of hot-dip galvanised steel is included with the luminaire.
For this type of installation, an underground cable is inserted into the anchorage unit from
below. The socket is bolted onto the mounting surface. The luminaire is then connected
with a line connector and fixed to the screw-on base.
Anchorage unit
For the permanent installation of BEGA garden and pathway luminaires in a flowerbed or an
unpaved surface, for example.
The anchorage unit made of hot-dip galvanised steel is included in the scope of delivery of
the luminaire.
With this type of installation, an underground cable is routed into the anchorage unit from
below. The underground cable and anchorage unit are set in concrete. The luminaire is then
connected, placed on the anchorage unit and bolted in position.
