Dark Sky with system
These square bollards from the modular BEGA
system bollard range combine functional illumi-
nation with efficient Dark Sky technology.
The fully shielded light is emitted rotationally
symmetrically through 360°, ensuring uniform
illumination of paths and open areas.
Dark shadow areas on the bollard tube are
minimised, achieving an exceptionally homo-
geneous light distribution. To reduce light
pollution, over 99 % of the luminous flux is
directed precisely onto the target areas.
The luminaire heads are optionally available
with BEGA BugSaver® technology. This system
allows a switch-over to amber light, which is
far less attractive to insects.
