Recessed ceiling luminaires · Downlights
These luminaires feature a very wide range of lighting options.
The rotationally symmetrical light distribution is comparable to the light cone
of a floodlight and is available with three different light characteristics.
For the illumination of narrow floor areas like corridors, hallways or staircases,
the luminaires are available with a symmetrical narrow beam light distribution –
on the other hand, symmetrical wide beam and very wide beam light distributions
are suited for general illumination of spaces. Luminaires with asymmetrical light
distribution are used to illuminate wall surfaces.
The half beam angle describes the size of the light cone with which an object
or surface is actually illuminated. Luminaires with wider half beam angles should
be chosen for short lighting distances, a focused light is recommended for larger
distances.
On/off power supply units (switchable) or DALI power supply units (controllable/
dimmable) are optionally available as accessories to be ordered separately.
