Un tempo destinato ad uffici, il loft è stato ristrutturato e
trasformato in un appartamento intimo e attentamente
curato. Il team che si è occupato del progetto è Vemworks
Architects, che ha saputo creare un’atmosfera accattivante e
distintiva. Creatività e comfort trovano un interessante punto
d’incontro, fondendosi all’unisono. Lo stile degli interni è
caldo e potente: acciaio, vetro, resina dialogano con la luce
delle ampie superfici vetrate. Ad illuminare la sala da pranzo,
direttamente collegata alla cucina, è il lampadario Maryland,
realizzato con paralumi neri e struttura metallizzata in cromo
lucido, in abbinamento con i colori e le finiture dell’ambiente.
Il contrasto tra la sinuosità di Maryland e la razionalità della
struttura architettonica produce un effetto armonioso ed
elegante. I bracci e i pendagli a goccia in cristallo veneziano
diventano un punto focale, per il loro valore decorativo e la
nota gentile che conferiscono allo spazio.

Private Loft
Once designated for offices, the loft has been renovated
and transformed into an intimate and meticulously curated
apartment. The project team, Vemworks Architects, has
created a captivating and distinctive atmosphere. Creativity
and comfort find an intriguing point of convergence, blending
seamlessly. The interior style is warm and powerful: steel,
glass, and resin interact with the light from the large glass
surfaces. Illuminating the dining room, which is directly
connected to the kitchen, is the Maryland chandelier, crafted
with black lampshades and a glossy chrome metal structure,
harmonizing with the colors and finishes of the environment.
The contrast between the sinuous shape of Maryland
and the rationality of the architectural structure creates a
harmonious and elegant effect. The arms and crystal drops
in Venetian glass become a focal point, providing decorative
value and a gentle touch to the space.
