Situato nella parte meridionale dell’isola di Hong Kong,
Bel Air Rise si trova nella zona residenziale più prestigiosa
e ricercata della città. Si tratta di un residence esclusivo,
completo di ogni sorta di struttura. Conta 3.000 abitazioni di
lusso e tra queste c’è l’appartamento progettato da Andrew
Tsui, con affaccio panoramico sulla costa. Gli interni sono
caratterizzati da materiali ricercati e di grande valore, come
i marmi scelti per la pavimentazione e per rivestire intere
pareti a macchia aperta. Nell’ambiente giorno, tutto si gioca
sui toni del bianco e del nero ed è qui che campeggia la
sospensione Angel, con la sua spirale di piume in cristallo
veneziano, preziosamente realizzate a mano. Un ambiente
più caldo è invece quello della stanza dei giochi, collegata alla
camera del tempo libero. Eleganti e sottilmente giocose, le
lampade a parete Lincoln illuminano la stanza e aggiungono
un carattere sofisticato alla boiserie. Le sfere di vetro
soffiato sono soffiate a bocca e lavorate artigianalmente
con la tecnica del balotòn, che conferisce al vetro un effetto
incrociato a rilievo.

Bel-Air Rise House Residence
Located in the southern part of Hong Kong Island, Bel Air
Rise is located in the most prestigious and sought-after
residential area of the city. This is an exclusive residence,
complete with all sorts of facilities. It has 3,000 luxury
homes and among these is the apartment designed by
Andrew Tsui, with a panoramic view of the coast. The
interiors are characterized by refined and highly valuable
materials, such as the marble chosen for the flooring and
to cover entire book-matched walls. In the living area,
everything plays on shades of black and white and it is
here that the Angel suspension stands out, with its spiral
of Venetian crystal feathers, preciously handcrafted.
A warmer environment is instead that of the games
room, connected to the leisure room. Elegant and subtly
playful, Lincoln wall lamps illuminate the room and add
a sophisticated character to the wainscoting. The blown
glass spheres are mouth blown and handcrafted with the
balotòn technique, which gives the glass a cross-relief
effect.
