Hunan Lu Villa è una residenza esclusiva che si trova all’interno
del lussuoso quartiere French Concession di Shanghai. Il progetto
dello studio Vudafieri Saverino Partners ridefinisce gli equilibri fra
ispirazioni orientali e sfumature occidentali. Il concept è una perfetta
combinazione fra le due diverse culture – cinese ed occidentale – e
la loro lunga storia di relazioni: all’interno oggetti d’arte antichi e
spazi dedicati alla ritualità orientale coesistono in perfetta armonia
con pezzi iconici del design occidentale. Il progetto di interior
attinge al passato per definire spazi senza tempo: l’elegante scala
principale che si avvolge come un nastro di legno accoglie una
cascata di cristallo veneziano realizzata con le sospensioni Spinn.

HUNAN LU VILLA
Hunan Lu Villa is an exclusive residence located in the French
Concession area of Shanghai, which Vudafieri-Saverino Partners
has reinterpreted defining an unheard of balance between oriental
evocation and western nuances. The project represents a perfect
combination between two distinctive traditions - Chinese and western
- and of the long history of their relationships: inside antique artefacts,
works of art and Chinese ritual spaces coexist in perfect harmony with
western “desirable objects”. The interior architecture continues the
analysis of the past and propose a timeless environment: the elegant
wooden ribbon of the main staircase surrounds a Venetian crystal
cascade made with Spinn suspension lamps.
