Articolato su cinque piani, oggi convertiti e destinati ad uffici,
l’edificio nasceva come struttura ricettiva. La facciata in stile
neoclassico anticipa il gusto e le peculiarità degli interni, aspetti
verso i quali la ristrutturazione ha avuto un atteggiamento
conservativo. Incaricato di ridisegnare l’ingresso e la reception,
lo studio Triform Factory ha mantenuto il pavimento in pietra, le
colonne in gesso e le decorazioni al soffitto. Bianco, antracite e
verde sono stati i colori utilizzati per dare carattere al progetto e
renderlo distintivo. Elegante e minimale nel design, Saint Germain
è stata scelta per connotare tutto lo spazio, in versione lampadario a
tre e cinque luci ed in versione applique, in una sequenza che ritma
e pausa l’alternarsi delle paraste. Le finiture in oro galvanizzato
esaltano la brillantezza del cristallo veneziano, in una vibrante
nuance verde antalia. Inoltre richiamano il finalino, costituito da una
sfera finemente realizzata con la tecnica dell’oro sommerso.

ORBIS BUILDING
Organized on five levels now converted for use as offices, this
building was first created as a hospitality structure. The façade
in neoclassical style foreshadows the taste and character of the
interiors, with features that have been carefully conserved in the
renovation. Called in to redesign the entrance and the reception
area, the studio Triform Factory has kept the stone floors, plaster
columns and ceiling decorations. White, anthracite grey and green
are the colours utilized to set the distinctive tone of the project.
Elegant and minimal in its design, Saint Germain has been chosen
for the entire space, in the chandelier version with three or five
lights, and the applique model, for a rhythmical sequence alternating
with the pilasters. The finishes in galvanized gold highlight the glow
of the Venetian Crystal, in a vibrant shade of Antalya green. They
also reference the finial, composed of a sphere expertly crafted
with the dipped gold technique.
